sight for seeing the world

Have you ever heard before this expression, “half left”, “half empty”? You can imagine a glass with half water. How can you say this a glass of water?
Whenever people say something, the saying reflects the person’s thoughtful or his idea. Winston Churchill said, “A pessimist the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” This means that people who see the world in the affirmative always take a cheerful view of life. Even though every people live in the same world, some people say positive words and other people say negative words.
Of course, as different to depends on a situation, I am usually trying to think in bright way. For instance,
